坏消息是：感冒了，必须在出发前恢复。
初步计划，到拉萨后先去林芝，这地方海拔要低点，可以算是适应一下；然后有朋友陪同，转一转拉萨；然后如果有可能，找车去纳木措日喀则；如果情况好，说不定再走远点去远观一下珠峰？
有经验的讲评一下吧
还有边防证的问题，已经搞到了单位介绍信，现在得到海淀分局去办了，具体写哪几个地方呢？听说林芝那里普通的风景区已经不需要，那就只有珠峰所在的定日了，是这样吗？
