上海交大处理“汉芯”造假事件

上海交大已经在网站上发布了关于此事的调查结论及处理意见，详见上交大网页。里面说明了各号汉芯的实际情况，给了行政处理。

不过我觉得这事实在是个刑事案，诈骗罪，即便要为受害者一方的教育、科技、发改委三方不出面，检察机关也应该主动介入了。
